YCL Orientation Meeting, February 12, 6-8pm at the CM Stake Center

Agenda:  Camp business, sign-up for training and specialty groups, camp kick-off prep and theme development.

 

YCL Meeting, March 12, 2:30-5:00 pm at CM Stake Center 

Agenda: Find out specialty and training groups, present theme to 5th years and practice for fireside. Introduce the set-up of camp and answer questions from parents and campers.

 

Before the April meeting, prepare information with your specialty groups! The song group needs to determine two possible camp songs. Charm group narrow down three possible camp charm. T-shirt group presents a rough draft of shirt. Skit group presents a basic script and skit requirements. Decorations, Faith Activity and Service project present ideas. 

 

April 15, 10am-2pm (Work Party),at CM Stake Center

Agenda: Specialty groups present their information, work on YCL skit, work on decorations, meet with training leaders, introduce or reintroduce camp songs

 

May 21, 3-5pm at CM Stake Center

Agenda: Camp business, information about YCL adventure, prepare to lead at camp, Big Buddies assigned and meet with camp moms

 

June TBD, at CM Stake Center

Agenda: YCL adventure, present campfire and flag information, prepare t-shirts, prepare tags with schedule
